Terms of Use

The basic rules for using Babaika responsibly.

Effective date: 3 August 2026

Service

Babaika provides tools for querying, filtering, and analysing threat-intelligence reports. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and credentials

Provide accurate account information, protect passwords and API keys, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed with credentials issued to your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use Babaika to:

  • access systems, accounts, or data without authorisation;
  • develop, coordinate, or conceal malicious activity;
  • upload unlawful content or content you have no right to process;
  • evade access controls, rate limits, roles, or API-key restrictions; or
  • disrupt the service or interfere with other users.

Your content

You retain rights in content you upload. You grant the operators permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the requested service. Do not upload personal, confidential, or restricted information unless you are authorised to do so.

Threat-intelligence limitations

Search results and generated answers may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Indicators may produce false positives. Verify important findings against the underlying reports and other trusted sources before taking defensive, legal, or operational action.

Availability and enforcement

The service may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Access may be limited or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Liability

Babaika is provided without a guarantee that every result is accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on threat-intelligence or generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
